The skyline view from along the water in Quincy is wonderful. Makes me wonder if one day we'll see a connection of the skyline from Bay Bay to downtown. The gap is kinda of neat, but it would be great to see one continuous, dense skyline!

Re: Columbus Center - One tower, on so-called Parcel 16, would be 38 stories high. Does this mean a revised CC is in the works, or did the reporter get thier facts wrong? CC is proposed at 35 stories. - The other tower, on Parcel 17, would be 33 stories of market-rate housing, with 330 units...

Battery Wharf is looks like it is almost complete and looks great. I have to wait to see more of a finished product in regards to 45 Province.

Re: Russia Wharf Does anyone know the time frame on this one? It seems that this has taken a long time to prep, obviously due to the sensitivity of preserving the original facade. I really look forward to watching this rise.

Too bad that don't find a way to soften up the concrete. It's a pretty cold building.

Re: Columbus Center With fear of sounding pretty niave, why are air rights projects so complicated and take so long to complete? Is there a transfer of liability that needs to be overcome? Is the cost to purchase the rights to prohibitive? How do they determine the price for each parcel...
