Nubian Sq. Parcel P-3 (nee Tremont Crossing) | Roxbury

Yeah this is one of the most well connected parts of the city (OL, E Branch, and bus hub at Nubian Sq), close to a grocery store and lots of retail. You could have a lot of good housing right there. I don't think it needs to be a retail heavy space like in the last iteration.

    Reasonable Transit Pitches

Not sure if this is the best place for this (and can't really search for a better one with the search function still broken) but... I was wondering if anyone else thought it would be worthwhile having a better pedestrian connection across the highway from Andrew Station to South Bay. They are...

    Roslindale Infill and Small Developments

Yeah I would say the bus frequency was ten times better than the orange line. I could get from Rozzie sq. to Forest Hills in about two minutes but then I'd wait at least 10 minutes for a train

can still go to the Rialto barber tho! Apparently that was a thing all over too?--Rialto theater/barber duo. I went last year and she said there used to be a back entrance between the barber and the theater so you could get your haircut and catch a movie after.

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

relatively to the rest of seaport, this parcel is pretty small which is a nice change.

The Alcott (née Garden Garage Towers) | 35 Lomasney Way | West End

Just because it isn't legally restricted doesn't mean the current design doesn't create the sense that this area isn't accessible.

Fenway Corners (Red Sox) | 1 Jersey Street | Fenway

I don't know, I think this area could use some public open green space (I know fens is nearby but nothing really inside the neighborhood) and this spot would be a prime location for it. There's nowhere in here to just sit and chill. Could double as storm-water mitigation too.

gonna start a conspiracy that the govt removed the core of this building so they can eventually blow it up to get their garage back

I live here car free and its great. I don't go to Watertown ever so idk thats obviously an issue with Urban Ring. Do i see the hour long commute to Watertown a determining factor in parking in Roslindale? No.

    Roslindale Infill and Small Developments

this could prob use half the parking than whats proposed. This area has some of the best access--on top of a commuter rail and adjacent to essentially non-stop bus service to Forest Hills and you're right next to the best park in the city

Kenmore Square North (WHOOP) | 533-541 Commonwealth Ave | Fenway

nothing really brings us all together like a really bad development with ugly design.
