    A. O. Flats | Parcel U | Jamaica Plain

I can't say that I love these units individually--the facade looks cheap and will age poorly and the amount of $ and space that went into the parking garages...I can't. but together they form a really great continuous wall that looks great when going down Washington street towards Roslindale.

    A. O. Flats | Parcel U | Jamaica Plain

Yeah I love the massing of these (minus all the space for the parking) but the materials are definitely noticeably...bad? Going by these they definitely look dated in terms of siding, especially the yellow.

Jamaica Plain Infill and Small Developments

This part of Washington st. feels so different now that these two big ones are basically finished. Really has a nice streetwall effect going. The one on the left appears to have a nice brick facade already going up as well.

South Boston Infill and Small Developments

I think S Boston has had some of the most construction that appreciates the context around it. Much of South Boston's housing stock has been low-rise small multi-family housing. Since 2010, the median unit count for new residential construction is ~14 units, with the mean at ~24 units due to a...

    Roxbury Infill and Small Developments

I agree with you on the BJs, definitely needs better local option. I may be biased, but I think there already are tons of things worth coming to the square for: soleil has really good hot bar, theres a small somali restaurant in the ex-'Mr. G's' building, Fasika is wicked good Ethiopian food...

10 Taber is now under construction (45 units, 10 parking, 1800sf retail). Will fill in an important gap in Nubian Square, along with the 2147 development that should be following it shortly. 10 taber:

    MBTA Construction Projects

Yeah, like I'm sure its because its a complex site with high traffic, but it is interesting to see very little progress on this while Whittier choice has gone through a full demo>construction>now leasing in the same span of time.

    MBTA Construction Projects

I'm here everyday, and its a little of both. Its definitely felt like this has been going on for years with no progress, and I often don't see any work being done on the elevator specifically on the huntington side. The lower bus area has also felt very slow going and disorganized. Like they'll...

And don't forget BU's data science tower. This area will have some of Boston's most unique high rise architecture.

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

This design is successful at being quintessentially a Boston high rise, but also good looking and a standout. I like

    Lobby Renovation/Addition | 175 Federal Street | Financial District

I think the best and most interesting thing about cities is the diversity in building types and built form. You can literally walk less than a minute to get to more coffee shops and falafel kings than your stomach could handle. This building is for sure not the norm of the area so as it stands...
