I have no idea where this best lives but I figured ArchBoston would certainly be interested in this, Boston has made a master list of every known Transportation Access Plan Agreement in the City. These are the formal agreements made by developers to the City that spells out exactly what infrastructure changes they are responsible for and when and how they should be implemented. I'm sure there's some interesting stuff in here, I've already found a few that have clearly not fulfilled their TAPA responsibilities.
