Are there street vendors near/in/around the greenway? That just seems like an easy simple way to get people to use the benches and the park. Give them some food, make them sit down and eat. Battery Park in New York has tons of vendors in it.

Well, i usually take the train, but i do know that city. Its got freakishly large buildings for such a small city. There are also two twin 30-40 story towers under construction, i don't know if they are in that picture.

Been a while... Currently got back into this, working on making the streets roads of boston in simcity [painful work, its not exactly as easy to do boston as it was for those people who did new york :p] I've also made a few models, The Hancock Tower, which im busy trying to get into the game...

This building really makes me want to die in the most painful way possible. Thats how bad it is.

You guys need to keep in mind how small of a land area boston is. Boston is only what, 90 sq miles, and only half of that is land. Los Angeles, the second largest city in america, is 500 sq miles, of which 470 is land! You could fit the usable land in boston inside the usable land of LA 11...

Re: New Tower(s) Planned For Prudential Center Its kind of pathetic that we are debating traffic in a city. Cities are meant to have traffic. If you don't like traffic, move to Montana. There are plenty of MT options, so if the traffic annoys you just take the subway or the bus...or walk.

I must say I agree with bbfan and Ned that people are too quick to pull out the insults on Ned. Its one thing in that Columbus Center thread, which is really such a mess im surprised people aren't spamming it with porn or sending out death threats, but its another thing when Ned takes a rare...

I meant in comparison to other cities. Most bostonians would pick seeing there favorite athlete in public than a celebrity. Of course, personally, i would rather see clay bucholz's penthouse pet of the year girlfriend [celebrity] instead of him [athelete]..... I was excited for a bit about this...

Boston is perfect for hollywood stars because none of us really give a shit about them so it will bring them back down to earth. I am looking forward to the fighter however. The Warriors Code by the dropkick murphys is about that guy, correct?
