I’m pleasantly surprised by the impact it is having from many angles. I initially thought it would be a noticeable but “filler” building like so many skyscrapers in the CBD. It’s clearly a standout.

That’s probably the best vantage point of SST to see how it will interact with its neighbors. I like it!

Better defined cornice on the lower levels but please tell me they plan to address those awnings and replace them. Better yet, remove them all together and add in appropriate building-enhancing awnings where needed around entrances. Ironically, the only section of the building left uncovered...
