I think the massing models are telling. Not sure its a huge improvement. It feels more like the other new buildings along this stretch which I guess is good.

JLL, who owns the building, is also a tenant, and will be in place through the renovation. I have not heard of them landing any new leases yet.

Curtain wall is going in and I am a little scared about the contrast between the transom glass and the balance of the curtain wall... its also more reflective than I would have thought. I am sure we shall soon see.

Honestly, if someone just painted them to match the glazing so they dont stand out from the rest of the facade. Its just not a good look for a luxury building to go this long with what are clearly temp protections.

I am the only one that thinks this office building is trying to do to many things? They could have cut out half of the ideas, it doesn't read as one language at all and that makes it look unresolved.

There are very few urban renewal projects that I would say are better than what they replaced and this is one of them. I would take the reflecting pool and plaza any day.
