I drove by this last night and what stood out to me was that all the floors still had the construction lighting. Does anybody know when this is actually supposed to open? I guess I just assumed it was closer to done since it's been externally completed for months.

The main problem with the general area is that the rotaries get very backed up already and nothing has been done to alleviate the traffic issues. Constant red lights for pedestrians leave that area at a standstill for much of the day. They really need another outlet to Route 2 somehow. Unsure...

This was originally proposed over 5 years ago, and the very first post says it's "slated to begin construction in early 2021." So in 5 years we got the design updated from a tacky 4-over-1 to a bland 4-over-1. What the heck happened here?
