Really scary as that's the primary garage for the Hanover Theatre. I bet that's not the only garage in the city with those issues - parked in the old Outlets garage across from St. Vincent's for a DCU Center event, and that stairwell was s-k-e-t-c-h-y.

The services they're going to offer there are driving the bunker-like looks, especially if they're focusing on surgery. The environmental requirements for operatory spaces are intense, and windows are simply a liability in trying to keep rooms in the mandated temperature and humidity ranges...

I think, like UConn, Providence, and Merrimack, there's not much of an appetite for this arena to hold many events outside of Northeastern sports. Agganis is bigger but it also holds concerts and other shows. In that sense, this building is right-sized.
