Eh, paint doesn't look great on this stuff, especially with that finish on the concrete. A quick power washing would help substantially.

It's utterly foolish to even make the comparison, and should discredit them. I love Boston, but we'll never come even remotely close to the same orbit as Manhattan on scale and energy. It helps us look and act like a more proper city when we stop comparing ourselves to NYC.

Very much so. They're working on it quite aggressively from what I notice the few days per week I pass by. The top level of steel has taken a while, but demo, foundations, the stairwell, and earthwork/site work have been pretty aggressive.
