This isn't great in terms of having a lot of control, but I think interesting enough to share. What I notice is it seems to build it in a more European style at first, then there seems to be some road building script that turns the European city into American 5-over-1 crap after some processing. Some really interesting moments end up being cut up by roads and large/awkward buildings, but nonetheless pretty interesting stuff..

Limited in how tall or what the styles of additions are, but it's pretty nice.

Mind you, these are 8+ years old.
