    It certainly inverts the status quo! It may be that it gets too windy on higher floors for resi balconies to be of much use. But some new office buildings have outdoor space as a headlining amenity - see The Spiral in NYC.

    OK this will be an unpopular opinion but the Fairmount Copley needs to be redeveloped into something more appropriate for one of the densest parts of town. 6 stories doesn't cut it. Adaptive reuse of façade or whatever will be palatable, but its a huge site and woefully under utilized.

    Ever since One Dalton completed and couldn't mount the facade panels on the sections that anchored its crane, I get some anxiety looking at other highrises going up where the crane anchors are haha
