Nah it’s a much better place for height. I hope they improve the design. ZDS doesn’t have a great reputation. I know I shouldn’t complain about housing but crossing my fingures for something that looks a little less Alkron circa 1995. Especially with so many actual good proposals in the pipeline.

Basically a parking lot unfortunately. I don't get (don't understand) the way proposals like this use the land... like, I love a four story apartment complex but what's the point in terms of density if it's surrounded by a sea of asphalt. You might get as many units of cottage-styled apartments...
