It looks like Scout Ltd. was chosen for The Armory development? Hadn’t heard of anything since they and another firm presented ideas in 2021 I think… Does anyone have news on this?

Does anyone know how design changes work with the commission - like if they were to move forward but had to scale back in ways or whatever to make things work financially do they have to go back to the commission? My main concern is the current massive parking podium

agree totally - would you say the capital center committee is less engaged (perhaps due to time) than the 195 commission? They don’t seem to be pushing as hard but I honestly don’t know.

Yea the height is capped (theoretically) based on a desire/plan for a human scaled, realistic scheme for the area. I guess “interesting” is individual. I find what’s happening in the area interesting.
