4 projects that did not get enough props when built, so I'll give some now. 1. Hayward Place. It took forever to fill this lot but the end result was worth it. I love the dark glass. Extends Downtown Crossing and links it with the area around Millennium Place and beyond. 2. Liberty Mutual...

^I love aerials from this angle. The city looks very dense with an impressive skyline from here. It will look all the more powerful when the pike is covered (both ends).

Its better than 1 Federal and some of the other towers. That said, its unfortunate that it sort of stands alone in its area of the skyline. Its a nice filler building but its position makes it stand out.

The only possibility is to build tall over the pike. That would link the 2 skylines from certain angles.

Well, yeah, but why was it considered a good idea to tear it down to build a suburban office building?

Why was the Madison torn down? It came down only in 1983, well past the gory days of urban renewal.
