Re-establish Hanover Street through the plaza, tear down the low rise portion of the JFK and build on both sides. It'll be like Scollay Square on steroids!
4 projects that did not get enough props when built, so I'll give some now.
1. Hayward Place. It took forever to fill this lot but the end result was worth it. I love the dark glass. Extends Downtown Crossing and links it with the area around Millennium Place and beyond.

^I love aerials from this angle. The city looks very dense with an impressive skyline from here. It will look all the more powerful when the pike is covered (both ends).
Its better than 1 Federal and some of the other towers. That said, its unfortunate that it sort of stands alone in its area of the skyline. Its a nice filler building but its position makes it stand out.

I never had a problem with how the Seaport is shaping up. Its not the Back Bay or North End, but no one is building neighborhoods like that anymore. And as others have noted, we already have those neighborhoods and the Seaport will be...
