I wasn't asking for it in 6 months or to close the airport for any construction. But 4 years seems a little long to me for an above ground parking garage even in the middle of an operating airport.

I thought construction was supposed to start in 2026. If that is still correct, 4 years to build a garage?

Their LHR flights (89.1%) are doing better than AA, BA and VS on that same route (only Delta is higher). But yes, LGW, AMS and CDG are not doing great.
