I haven't been over there recently, but as far as I can tell, those two small buildings on the lot next door are going to be demolished soon. It would be nice to have something more substantial on that corner, an improvement over gas stations and parking lots.

Came across a listing on Zillow today for 106 Cumberland Ave, looks like a renovation of the existing building - but in the rendering there is also a new building to the right where there are currently some small buildings and a parking lot on the corner of Cumberland and Washington Ave:

The video link is working now. I really like this building, it's cool to see what they have planned for the interior. Can't wait to see it move forward.

Looks like they're doing some historic restorations on the Middle street buildings. Changing the windows from basic rectangles back to the proper shape, replacing some decorative pillar bits at the bottom, changing the doors, etc. Pretty cool to see.

Perhaps they were trying to tie the look of the building into the concept of the working waterfront, by designing it to look like a big shipping container.

Fantastic views from up there... I could certainly get used to seeing that every day.
