If the floor height was to the stop of the building so what an extra 100ft about? I think this would have been phenomenal of a cluster with the Sudbury and future high rises.

Is there data accessible anywhere that shows approximately the numbers at each T stop(all modes) from where trips originated and their destination? I'm assuming most likely not as the T doesn't do zone fares through out the system.

Thank God Boston isn't in the North East or there would have been some missed opportunity for not having the whole bus stop area covered to shield the winters.

Harvard University should have known & acted better. They need a good transit option for commuting between 3 of their biggest campuses. Their shuttles are.... I mean were great long long ago before all 3 of these campuses existed together but come on between students, faulcaty(sp?)...

Maybe it's was the company Car Gurus name I'm thinking of. This is a neighborhood that is getting a major positive change and with that I feel the building or buildings should have a proper name to acknowledge who/what made that happen.

Does this project not have a name for the building yet? I feel like it did a while back. IDK why but calling it Parcel 12 after the construction has started really grinds my gears.

The cladding is horrible. And the window design makes the building look so much shorter than it is.
