I do appreciate how the buildings are spaced fairly close together instead of with massive dead spaces of grass and bushes between them. This part of Allston already feels so spread out that I'm hopeful the full build out of this project may make it feel less so.

It's cool how much new housing has been added on the block around Union Square the past couple years. Really makes it all feel a bit less barren, though the intersection itself is still an overbuilt mess!

They'll probably get used, but it will have a health impact. A lot of people really don't understand how bad air quality and particulate matter is that close to a highway (including me just a decade ago)! Plenty of people use the skatepark in Cambridge under 93, as well as the soccer field right...

To derail further, I would become a single-issue voter if a mayoral candidate laid out a serious platform to tackle the dog problem. They are a net negative for the city and a big quality of life issue imo.
