It won't be that tall...691 feet is what I've seen so far. Making it taller than MT and the tallest in downtown Boston. Overall 4th tallest in the city behind the Back Bay trio.

While Q3 2022 might seem like a long ways away...it'll be here in the blink of an eye really. By that time Winthrop Square, State Street, and Raffles in Back Bay will all be topped out or very nearly topped out. I guess that would conclude the building cycle that started with Millenium Tower.

LAX-BOS has to be significantly less than 6 hours, no? I'd imagine no more than 5, and maybe 5.5 going west. OK nevermind, not a huge difference between 5.5 and 6, lol.

Also Chicago...Willis tower is at the southwest corner of their Downtown core. There's only one building taller than 600 feet anywhere near it, and its a 900 footer that looks like 111 Huntington sittting next to the Pru and 1 Dalton, relatively speaking.

Any idea when these will offically break ground?
