    585 Kendall | 585 Third Street | Kendall Square

Small progress since the last photo above, looks like one and a half more floors of steel framing. A view from the small street in back, Kendal Street. I believe the theater space is taking shape on the second floor area at the right.

Moderna Science Center | 325 Binney Street | Kendall Square

There actually appeared to be people/ employees hanging around after work in the first floor lounge, disproving the headline "no one wants to work" The secondary entry down Fulkerson Street has very cool lighting, hanging disks that emanate a hue of light, no direct light.

    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

Looks like the plan got modified to drop the small balcony at the front and add a box on top of the three stories. Dropping the balcony just makes this a box, kind of sad.

Great photo from Reddit post-Reddit Link I caught the last 5 years or so of drafting; ink on Mylar. Someone in the comments noticed a lot of the drafters are left handed. Too funny.

    The New Retail Thread

The food court area is getting a little bit of a shake as well. Two of the central eateries are moving to the street front retail area. The central court is a mix of noodle houses and sushi bars that has been a unique Japanese alley type of environment for many years. I hope the central court...
