There's certainly a lot of units in this pocket that didn't use to be...all the same, it feels isolated, like it's cut off from everything else due to being boxed in by the highways. It will never be part of a greater integrated urban environment.

Buildings 1A/1B look to be nearing completion, with most (not all) fencing now removed. The Lamartine Street extension on the west side of both buildings has been opened up to traffic. No visual changes relating to Building 4 or any other phase.

8-10 Pratt Street was fenced off and looked physically gutted. There were also excavators present behind the house, but I posted that update in the 22-24 Pratt Street thread as they were on the parcel for that project. If anyone knows better than me what's happening here with these two...

There were excavators on the site for this project, but I wasn't 100% sure whether they were for this deal or for Allston Green next door. If anyone knows better than me what's happening here, please let me know and I'll update accordingly.

So...I didn't realize that the old parking garage that was demolished was just going to be replaced with a parking lot. Kind of a waste of time to track this project. Nice looking parking lot I guess.

So it's been taking the MBTA a good couple of months, but the new SL4/5 real-time displays have finally begun to be installed. Several stations now have them, though the rest still remain boarded up.
