$20M Construction Loan Secured for Allston Green​

“Two loans have been closed on through Bank of New Hampshire, including a $20,240,000 construction loan for 14-20 Linden Street in Allston. The approved project will replace the existing commercial building at 20 Linden Street and six dilapidated 3-story residential buildings at 24 Linden and 8-20 Pratt Street with three new residential buildings offering nearly 350 residential units…..”

I don't think this one is being worked on yet...walked by it a week or so ago and there wasn't any visible activity (at least from the front).

8-10 Pratt Street was fenced off and looked physically gutted. There were also excavators present behind the house, but I posted that update in the 22-24 Pratt Street thread as they were on the parcel for that project. If anyone knows better than me what's happening here with these two deals, please let me know and I'll update accordingly.
