First building looks open and folks have moved in. Not sure if this playground was impromptu or part of the plans? And someone appears to have already driven into one of the cheap-looking lightposts:

Looks like facade work is done on the second building. Still much left to be done.

The Allston Hall is done and the condos are up for sale. I had previously thought the screenshot below showed one building (historic remodel with modern addition) but it looks like it’s actually two separate buildings.
