Thanks for the regular updates Javier. Kind of crazy how much construction activity is concentrated in this one infill thread. I just tried to map out the new developments along Revere Beach & Suffolk Downs in the last decade and the large projects alone made up almost 4,000 units.

I think that besides the height limits, there's also a 6.5 max FAR in place here? Given the small size, it makes sense that they would prioritize lot coverage over additional height.
