In the event of a disabled train or accident how do you quickly evacuate people? Especially disabled riders? I think that is a major disadvantage of these system - the regulatory aspect.

This is my point - zoning is one of the reasons and that’s regulatory created restriction.

Houston builds enough housing. Markets work.

This is false. We could build our way out if governmental restrictions stopped restricting the construction of housing in densities that we need. This is a problem created by regulation.

And that is why people don’t want tax increases to fund bloat at the T.
