It's these properties here. 7 Dana street is effectively two properties behind 907 and 901 Main Street, with the split in the property from an old rail ROW. 4 Dana Street is the old American Journal building on the other side of Dana Street. Sappi owns the land to the west of 4 Dana Street.

That's so dumb. There's so much more they could do with that section of the ballpark instead of replacing the "temp" bleachers with a green metal box. I recall years ago hearing that there was a very specific reason they can't build anything here. Anyone know that reason?

I'd hate to see people lose their jobs, but Tyson has been going through a lot of downsizing the past 18 months. I wonder if the Barber Foods plant is in danger of closing? If so, that would be another ideal spot for a station.
