Some infill being promoted for 1107 Westminster. This is next to a proposed SWAP development. Site is the giant urban hole next to Ogie's. Various plans for it over the last few years. Hopefully this sticks.

Side note but one thing the Marsella Group should be doing is advocating the city make the Exchange/Francis St. intersection more pedestrian friendly. It's super uncomfortable to cross there.
