So with the improvements going ahead at Fitzpatrick, does that mean the possibility of a new stadium on the Back Cove is dead? Or is that something that could still happen down the line?
I quite like the academic building and the overall layout of the campus - but I'm not sure how I feel about having a 7-story parking garage being sort of the prominent thing people see when driving by? I was hoping the parking areas would be more disguised within the other buildings or...
Came across this image while browsing commercial real estate listings. Looks like the owners of 509 Forest Ave are planning to renovate the existing (and ugly) facade of the building.
Pulled this from the Rock Row website, since PPH didn't include a photo. This is a cool idea, but the orientation seems a bit odd. Why not put the seating areas on the quarry side of Quarryside? Maybe it's different in person, I'd like to check it out.
