Is the Foreside project dead from a new mixed-use building standpoint? Seems like the developers are happy with the progress they made and will gladly take in the revenue from the marina while keeping a massive hole in the projects scope. Any word/updates?

AA from PHL X2, DCA, ORD, LGA, CLT, DFW all on RONs tonight. 7 aircraft for AA alone! Half the gates!! 17 total aircraft staying the night in Portland. 14 gates… 2 de-ice pad spots? Where’s the last one going? Good problem to have for Paul Bradbury and company!

Is it safe to say we should enjoy this ramp view while we have it? Is that the foundation of the garage in the foreground? No doubt that would block much of this view from the 295 North on-ramp.

The recent JetBlue expansion into manchester and lack of expansion in Portland is mind boggling, as we have discussed. But here is more to add to the confusion. JFK-Manchester tomorrow (Saturday)(A320) JFK-Portland tomorrow (Saturday)(2 A220s) Again, mind boggling😂

Imagine they had a Northeastern University- Roux Institute of Technology sign that was inspired by that sign to put atop the old baked bean factory. That would be a great addition on many levels!

I know it wouldn’t be the most financially feasible at first, but bringing back the rail on Commercial St and putting a trolly/tram from Union Station (acting as a transportation hub) all the way to Yarmouth would be unreal! Have stops along Commercial, over the currently abandoned rail bridge...

The planning board meeting tonight has quite the agenda. 203 Fore Street hasn’t been talked about in years. Just checked into the meeting online and it’s been well over an hour spent on the first agenda item (out of 4 items)… they might be in that room till midnight!

Anyone have updates on passenger numbers? I’d imagine everything is going well. A friend of mine flew Avelo up from New Haven and said the flight was fully booked! Flew out the other week to Nashville which was also a full flight from PWM. The Jetport website hasn’t updated numbers in months…...

Agree with you. What could have been… that project that took the park away along back cove finally seems to be finishing up too so I can’t imagine this location would ever happen. Would have been an unreal setting for a really impressive team. They’ve done well with Fitzy. Great atmosphere.

I like it and certainly serves an important purpose. Will there be windows facing the garage that appears to be 2 feet away? Seems almost inhumane. I may be wrong, just looks like it.
