A clear example would be the Reformatory Branch Trail. Forcing Bedford to do the eminent domain tripped up any improvements to the gap along Railroad Ave.
This one is finally giving Kendall St some definition. This illustrates why the west end of CX will change so dramatically when they finally get some traction on any of the lots.
I wish the state would get its act together and have MassDOT grab all the former ROWs by eminent domain. That would clean up the ambiguous ownership that trips up trails or other usage.
Terminal C needs love, but I don’t like how the main building is getting buried in a generic modern terminal building. The swooping ceiling of the main building is one of the nicest remaining distinctive features of Logan.
