    Patriot Place | Foxboro

I think the color scheme in Met Life is kind of ugly, but I like the idea of having a completely round bowl of seats surrounding the field. It traps the sound and makes the players feel like they're surrounded on all ends. I disagree with you about having a West Side stadium for football. I...

    NYC Architecture and Development

These pics are great, and I love that part of NY. But with all those new apartments, couldn't there be at least a few small businesses within walking distance of them?

    Hartford CT

That's really a nice looking little stadium. To those of you who've been to both minor league stadiums, which would you say is nicer? Hartford or Worcester?

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

Another thing that annoys me: The fact that I wrote "annoy" instead of "annoys" in my previous comment. Also, I don't believe they're adding more seating. I understand they're adding some more amenities, but will it really complete the bowl?

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

If they're going to fill up several more trains, wouldn't that more than pay the overtime for the staff that has to work that weekend?

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

Help me to understand this: If they keep selling out, what's stopping the MBTA from adding more trains? The stadium holds 65000 people, and certainly 6000 tickets sold will make a dent, but if they really want to keep traffic down, why not run more?

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

The stadium still annoy me. It has too much empty space between section where it could have been connected. I hate how the luxury boxes split the lower from the upper decks. Even though it gets a lot of criticism, I really like MetLife stadium in Jersey - it's a circle. Everything is...

City Hall Plaza Revamp | Government Center

Well, the planners in the City of Boston should be commended for trying to keep Ukrainian troops away from city hall.

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

I agree. It never really made any sense to leave it open like that.

With this new construction, are they adding any new seats? It doesn't look like it. I feel Gillette could easily hold 70,000 + and always sell out. Maybe add some cheap seats for us plebes?

    Logan Airport Capital Projects

I came here to whinge about the same thing. I think even most other US airports I've been to have provided luggage carts. I came back to visit last summer, and after 24 hours of transit (from Kuala Lumpur via Doha), trying to fish 6 dollars out of my damn pocket while carrying a 7 month old...

Silver Line at 21: Do people like it now?

I guess I kind of like it. It allows for higher frequency transportation at a lower cost than light rail. The one thing that needs to change, however, is that they need to build a tunnel into South Station so the busses from Roxbury can go all the way through to the airport or Chelsea.

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

Well, if Kim Kardashian likes it then my mind is changed 🤣🤣🤣

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

No, but it should look good in pictures. I mean, you can see a picture of the mona lisa and have a pretty good idea of what you'll see if you actually went to see it in person. Why/how is this any different?

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

I'm well aware that the sculpture was privately funded, but the city had to approve it.

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

That's what a lot of people have said to me, and it's a fair argument. But for those of us who can't get to Boston, we have no choice but to look on line. And what we see in pictures does not meet our expectations and standards.

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

I don't think it has to be a slow news week to cover this story. I think it can be somewhat objectively argued that MLK was the last American (and one of the last world) heroes ever. What I mean by that is our country and our planet have become so cynical that whenever a great man or woman...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

To be honest, I never liked the TD Garden from the time they opened it to a few years ago. I thought the yellow seats looked cheap and tacky. I do like the new black seats - they give the arena a sleak, fresher look. I also felt that the yellow seat drew more attention when someone left their...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

In this day and age, it seems like a better idea to just keep refurbishing the old arena. Where else could they put one if they wanted a new one? It's already in the perfect location.

Middle East Nightclub Redevelopment | 468-480 Mass Ave / 6 Brookline St. | Cambridge

Fuck this. How could they do this? The city council or the mayor or someone must step in. This is a travesty.
