yes, correct. For now anyway. 'One Congress' actually needs to be on Congress and not Merrimac after all. The medians along Congress on other side of Sudbury are gone too though was more what I was referring to (as well as this view on Merrimac medians from New Chardon to Portland are gone...

that rendering is not an accurate depiction of the roadway. Medians along Congress St have already been removed (except for under the garage where the columns are still holding it up for now).

Agreed they are Moxy equivalent rooms for single convention goers just needing a bed. Makes the tower proportions on the outside nicer and was a design solution to fit on that end of the parcel (is what I was told during a tour).
