Kind of crazy how squat this looks from the back/side view, and how much slimmer/elegant it looks from the front (facing the swoop).
 
The cladding only being 2/3rds of the way up definitely adds more to that effect.

the existing diverter island is going to become much smaller with the space given to the courthouse sidewalk. crazy angles of the roads doesnt allow for the full removal of either channelized right turn (this corner or the one diagonally across) but both islands are being reduced as much as possible so that space can be given to the continuous sidewalk side.
 
Too bad the area would look good here with a fountain or something in the center of the road.

The good part is it appears to be from the official project twitter, so thats a good sign. Maybe they just dont have it rendered so theres not an example to point to but they still want to share this info.
 
in that video, they can't seem to land on whether the MP will be white or black (in fairness, in most shots it's white).
