Has something new actually happened in the last few days (it's a sincere question; I didn't see anything new in the link?)
As construction continues on the residential tower at Bulfinch Crossing a new permit has been issued for further demolition of the garage. This next phase will demo an 8-story parking ramp and also 2 floors of office space that sit on top of the garage.
Its still a nice design but yes its fat as hell on two sidesDon’t get me wrong I love this building but it looks soooo fat from a few angles no?
How much do you need to be writing about politics to get that autocorrect?I believe it is confirmed that it is going to be built on spec. Benton Brut notes a few weeks ago that all of the Steele has already been ordered.
perhaps for those wretched height mongerer heathen–you can get a confirmationI see the folks from HYM often (at meetings about Suffolk Downs) and have cultivated a relationship with them.
Funny. But - it could have been shitty iPhone dictation. Siri has always been abysmal, but about two months ago my iPhones dictation for some reason suddenly started transcribing routine words as phonetically similar (or sometimes not even) names. I looked on the Internet to see if there was some update because it’s incredibly annoying, even more than it usually is, but have yet to find an explanation. How much do you need to be writing about politics to get that autocorrect?![]()
When I hear comments like that, I usually think they have a tenant who has indicated they will be taking the space but that the documentation has not be executed yet.(but who would even know how to assign value to "getting close").
HYM Investment Group is on track to deliver the 423-unit residential tower at Bulfinch Crossing in Government Center in 18 months, according to HYM Vice President John Hurley. The developer, with partners National Real Estate Advisors and Carr Properties, will also begin the 1M SF One Congress office tower at Bulfinch Crossing this summer.
