Yes, though it looks like some will lose the sunset view and keep the city one. I'd bet Redfern was concerned about it. The views from the hill in this area are some of the best in Portland, like the one from Fort Sumner Park.

That's fine but concerts and other events are in their revenue plan. They simply aren't talking about it now. They have to be to justify the spend. How many stadium use-dates ($) is that with soccer (men's) only? And the problem with lower capacities is the supply and demand ticket issue/cost...

Great news though I think an 11,000 capacity should be increased for more revenue. In the summer in Bangor they fill up their riverfront venue with 16,000 for concerts.

Excellent images. I realize the glass is 90% filled here, but at 10-15 stories higher the entire skyline "visual balance" for Boston might have moved a bit more to this direction.

You did not get my reference point with the McDonald's too. All new McDonald's are the same but different--they look different on the outside but once you go inside it's the same. All new Aloft, Moxy, Tru by Hilton, etc. are the same but different. I've stayed in them all--and multiple times...

They hire one architect for one design. Whether its a Moxy in Peoria or Chattanooga or the one in Portland, Maine, it all has to look the same, like a McDonald's.

July 23rd they started accepting reservations. Thompson's Point concerts, etc. and visitors from the south headed up to the children's museum can make more than a day of it. (And people can train it up too.)
