Can we all agree that Michelle Wu is completely full of shit?

Encore Boston Harbor Casino | 1 Broadway | Everett

Crazy. I wonder if legalizing sports betting would have helped them stay afloat? The fact that the legislature is sitting on this for so long, especially with the revenue concerns the State has is beyond fucking stupid.

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

You are right, the project is currently on hold. Not dead, but not moving for now. No way to prove it without revealing who I work for, but I assume it will be public at some point.

    Somerville Infill and Small Developments

Looks pretty nice. If I am not mistaken, one of the first recreational marijuana dispensaries (Other two licences are in Winter Hill and Davis) is a part of this development. Correct me if I am wrong.

Agreed. It’s incredible how slow this change has taken. I haven’t heard a word since the community meeting dealing with the star market parcel. I hope this opening goes through. I checked them out at one of their pop ups at Bone Up in Everett. Good sandwich and collab beer with Bone Up. Would...

401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

If they are counting Enabling, which is technically part of Phase 2 then yes it is under construction. The tower has not started yet though.

Yup, they are moving next door and also expanding to open a bakery as well from what I heard. Last time i walked by the menu's seem to be up, so they are getting close. I like the proposal too, looks great.

Assembly Square Infill and Small Developments | Somerville

I split my time walking and driving to Assembly as we live in Winter Hill across from Foss Park. So its a relatively easy but unpleasant and sometimes dangerous walk considering how pedestrian unfriendly the crossing is. The fact that we even consider driving there shows how badly we need a real...

Re: Site in Hub top choice for a soccer stadium More Revs stadium news/rumors: https://nesn.com/2019/05/mls-rumors-revolution-close-to-securing-soccer-stadium-site-in-boston/ The only reason I am inclined to believe it this time is due to the recent hiring of Bruce Arena. It means that the...

Agreed on Tavern, I used to love that place and it has almost turned unbearable. One to add to the list that I hope doesnt go anywhere is Corner Pub in Chinatown, love that place.

    The New Retail Thread

Looking forward to this, can never have enough good coffee! Especially considering that location of Pret sucked big time. I work in the immediate area on Court St and it is a pretty good area for coffee. Between Render, Ogawa, Recreo, Ziggy's and Clover its a pretty good rotation. Also George...

I like Fuku alot. Hopefully this and Milk Bar are a sign of things to come. I think a full fledged Momofuku restaurant would be a perfect fit for the retain portion of Parcel M1-M2. They are always packed in the CC DC location.
