Downtown Crossing need more sneaker stores... When I'm in the mood to go shoping for a new pair of kicks I just don't have enough options.

You can make it as "old world" as you want... but for the seaport to turn into a thriving area it's going to have to be more connected to Downtown. The silverline doesn't do much for me.

I think an indoor heated/AC'd bridge from the Seaport District to the Financial District would be nice... Can someone get on this please? Thanks, Divot

Re: Filene's I actually live in the area and think that the recent/upcoming developments are going to help a lot. I'm acutally considering both of the new condo developments (although not all that seriouslly at this point).

Re: Filene's Come on... Maybe we can get "The Corner" to be the flagship resturant (ala L'Espalier at the MO).

Re: Filene's How about a gimmick that fits downtown crossing? Instead of a bed you have a box, instead of a snack bar in your room you can buy herion, you pay the guy at the front desk by putting money into his coffee cup, etc etc...
