“10 MX Owner, LLC ( the "Proponent") proposes to modernize the existing office building that exists on the proposed project site as well as construct one (1) residential building and one (1) mixed-use building. The two (2) new buildings will consist of one new four (4) story residential building with approximately twenty-five (25) units and one six (6) story mixed-use building with approximately one hundred fifteen (115) units. This looks incredible. If they dont skimp on the materials.
 
Would definitely tidy up that side of the Square. Does anybody know what that pyramid looking building is in the render? It looks to be in that parking lot between the police station, library, and courthouse, but I don't recall seeing anything about a project at that location.
