I was walking around the city last week and stumbled by what looks to be an infill project at 121? Arlington St. in the parking lot next to the Smith & Wollensky's. At this point it has been fenced off and there is a facade mock up in the towards the back. I have a picture somewhere but someone will have remind me how to post and link it. Couldn't find any info on it otherwise, anyone know anything?
