Something tells me it's the same folks giving us this: 155 Chestnut | Pebb Capital and Bassett Street | Pebb Capital They've said they own multiple plots in the jewelry district. And it looks to be modular construction as well. Just a guess.

This structure, while not officially in the I-195 Knowledge & Innovation District, would border it. The district's already built JWU Bowen Center, Chestnut Commons (92 residential units), and Garrahy Parking Garage would be on adjoining blocks and the currently under construction Emblem 125 (248 residential units) is directly across Friendship Street.

This is a photo I took today of the site for this proposed building. The Garrahy Garage is in the right background. The cherry picker on the right is being used on the construction of the Emblem 125 residences.

It reminds me of a lot of the new development in Toronto (and many other cities, for that matter). But it would definitely be a nice addition to the area.
