According to the plans, CHOM is planning 59 units of housing in the parking lot and turning the church into a neighborhood center that would house events.
There is a submission for a zoning change.

This actually looks like 90 units when you include the redevelopment of the existing building in the back. I believe the actual church and smaller chapel would still remain as-is, but I think they sold off the "Conservatory of Music" side a number of years ago which is grayed out here.
