Avesta Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) is requesting $595,000 in funding to construct a new five story, 60 unit building on a site they own located at 200 Valley Street. This will not be an age-restricted project. The first floor will feature a large community space, secure indoor bike storage, laundry, office space, and secured covered parking. The four upper floors will be comprised of 11 studio apartments, 25 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom apartments, and 10 three-bedroom apartments.
