The project looks to finally be making progress. Major sticking point has been building against the river walk and River and other was a deck they wanted to build on air rights over the rear public parking lot. Enviornmental has been approved back in December (more in link) and the deck eliminated with a new parking garage proposed under the building with entrance level with rear lot. Traffic commission also approved using the rear lot for temporary construction storage/laydown during the project. The Hotel Commonwealth and some building from the World Showcase at Epcot had a kid.
 
Live nearby this, definitely better than what is (not) there now...
