Awesome building and would dominate its location. However, it also sits at the intersection of one of the worst lights ever. The way the lights are staggered causes a backup on the highway exit for many hours of the day, and they may need to look into adjusting the traffic patterns before adding any development in this area.

Here's an example of the typical backup, but it's basically always like this and I don't even dare go during rush hour. I can't imagine the gridlock between 4-6.
