Mill Creek Gets Green Light for 200+ Units in Brighton​

“Mill Creek has won approval for a 240-unit residential project that will replace a parking lot and office at 250 Everett Street in Brighton. The Passive House project will include a mix of studios, one & two-bedrooms with 41 affordable units. Plans also call for improved landscaping and new publicly accessible open spaces.”

Mill Creek Secures $95M Construction Loan for Allston Multifamily Project​

“Mill Creek has acquired 250 Everett Street in Allston for $19.49 million and closed on $94.98 million in construction financing through Santander Bank to support a major new residential development. The firm plans to demolish the existing building and construct a six-story multifamily rental property totaling approximately 250,000 square feet, with roughly 235 residential units……”

Are we up to $487k per unit for a 5 over 1? Scary.
 
That composite wood panel will look awful the moment it's built and it will only get worse from there.
