Allston Lab Advances​

“A 90,000-square-foot research and development project at 287 Western Avenue in Allston has won approval. The 3-story building will complement the local life science ecosystem by catering to younger, early-stage companies. The project will also provide replacement uses for the Boston EMS currently on the site and 3,000 sf of ground floor public coworking and meeting space.”
