Dozens of new apartments are going up next to a beloved Providence bar.​

Construction on the site broke ground in 2025 and is expected to last 18 to 19 months. The plan is to start having people move in by May 2027. The site changed its official address from 321 Knight St. to 1077 Westminster St. on April 24.
