Just saw this, this is a real win for Brighton Center. Although I do like that little low slung mini shopping center, Brighton desperately needs some new buildings and density...

I completely agree. However, the owners of the building also own Esperia, so it's not like they're getting kicked out. It seems like they were going to close regardless, the only question being when.
