"Proposed 259,635-square-foot mixed-use development located steps to the Boston Landing commuter rail station featuring two 6-story buildings containing 262 residences and 3,485 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residences would include 88 studios, 114 one-bedroom/one-bathrooms and 60 two-bedroom/two-bathrooms. The proponent has not yet disclosed whether residences would be apartments or condominiums."

Includes 177 parking spaces. The site is 1.89 acres and is near the new Boston Landing development. Existing industrial buildings on the site will be demolished.

A PNF (pdf) was posted for this earlier this month. It includes some more details, elevations, and a few renders/sketches.

Looks like you're typical 5-over-1 project.

Seems like a reasonable parking ratio for the area.

9.30--lots of activity on site, including some vapor sealing work

City needs to impose maximum lot sizes and ban multifamily stick built projects.

What is the taller building with the wrap around it in the background?

Isnt the indie on the left in that picture? It looks like the wrapped piece is a part of this development, a concrete core maybe?

Oh sorry, I misunderstood the question--yes the wrapped piece is part of the Rugg Rd project I believe.
